2. What Is User-Generated Content (UGC)?
User-generated content, or UGC, includes content voluntarily submitted by customers or community members, including photographs, videos, reviews, testimonials, comments, matchday content, community stories, social media content, event participation content, and other creative submissions.
3. Community Platforms
UGC may appear on the DosRaíces website, Community Wall, Journal, Matchday Hub, email campaigns, social media channels, digital advertising, event materials, and future community experiences.
4. Content Submission
By submitting content directly to DosRaíces, tagging DosRaíces on social media, responding to a UGC request, entering community campaigns, or participating in community initiatives, you acknowledge that your content may be reviewed and considered for publication.
5. License to Use Content
By voluntarily submitting content, you grant DosRaíces a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable license to display, reproduce, publish, distribute, adapt, edit, promote, and use the content across DosRaíces-owned and controlled channels.
This may include use for community, marketing, editorial, promotional, and commercial purposes.
6. Ownership of Content
You retain ownership of your original content.
This policy does not transfer ownership of your work to DosRaíces.
The license granted simply allows DosRaíces to use the content as described in this policy.
7. Community Standards
Content submitted to DosRaíces must be respectful, lawful, authentic, and aligned with our values.
Content may not include hate speech, discrimination, harassment, explicit content, illegal activity, misinformation, intellectual property violations, or content that could harm individuals or communities.
8. Moderation Rights
DosRaíces reserves the right to review, approve, reject, remove, edit, or discontinue displaying content at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
9. Community Stories & Features
Customers who participate in interviews, community stories, cultural spotlights, ambassador programs, or featured campaigns may have portions of their submissions edited for clarity, formatting, length, or presentation while preserving the intended meaning.
10. Social Media Content
Content shared publicly and tagged with DosRaíces brand accounts, campaign hashtags, or community initiatives may be considered for reposting or featuring.
Whenever reasonably possible, creator attribution will be provided.
11. Requesting Content Removal
You may request removal of your content from future use by contacting:
DosRaíces will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove the content from future publications; however, previously distributed materials may not always be recoverable.
12. No Compensation
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, submission of content does not entitle contributors to compensation, royalties, commissions, or revenue sharing.
13. Representations & Warranties
By submitting content, you represent that:

14. Liability Limitation
DosRaíces is not responsible for community opinions, comments, or content submitted by users.
Responsibility for submitted content remains with the creator.

DosRaíces may update this policy periodically.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
