DosRaices Affiliate & Creator Program Terms

These Affiliate & Creator Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the DosRaíces Affiliate Program, Creator Program, Ambassador Program, and related promotional partnerships operated by DosRaíces LLC (“DosRaíces,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Program Purpose
The DosRaíces Affiliate & Creator Program is designed to build a global community of creators, storytellers, athletes, football enthusiasts, and cultural ambassadors who help share the DosRaíces mission and products with their audiences.
3. Eligibility
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate application information.
Participation is subject to approval by DosRaíces and may be revoked at any time.
4. Affiliate Links & Promo Codes
Approved participants may receive affiliate links, referral codes, creator discount codes, or tracking mechanisms.
These assets are personal to the participant and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with unauthorized parties.
5. Commissions & Rewards
Commission structures, referral incentives, store credits, product seeding opportunities, bonuses, or other rewards will be communicated separately.
DosRaíces reserves the right to modify commission rates and reward structures at any time.
6. Payment Conditions
Commissions are generally earned only on verified, completed, and non-refunded purchases.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or in violation of program policies may not qualify for commissions.
7. Content Standards
Participants must create content that is authentic, respectful, lawful, and aligned with DosRaíces values.
Content may not contain hate speech, harassment, misleading claims, discriminatory content, illegal activity, or intellectual property violations.
8. FTC & Disclosure Requirements
Participants are responsible for complying with applicable advertising and endorsement regulations, including FTC disclosure requirements.
Sponsored relationships should be clearly disclosed using terms such as #ad, #affiliate, #partner, or similar disclosures where required.
9. Intellectual Property
DosRaíces logos, trademarks, monograms, imagery, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of DosRaíces LLC.
Limited permission is granted solely for approved promotional activities within the program.
10. User-Generated Content License
By participating in the program, creators grant DosRaíces a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, share, display, publish, and promote submitted content across DosRaíces-owned marketing channels.
DosRaíces will credit creators whenever reasonably possible.
11. Prohibited Activities
Participants may not engage in spam, misleading advertising, coupon abuse, false claims, trademark infringement, unauthorized paid advertising using DosRaíces trademarks, fraudulent referrals, or other deceptive practices.
12. Program Benefits
Program benefits may include commissions, referral rewards, early access to launches, product seeding, community recognition, exclusive content opportunities, event invitations, and future ambassador opportunities.
Benefits are not guaranteed and may vary by participant.
13. Termination
DosRaíces may suspend or terminate participation at any time for policy violations, inactivity, misconduct, fraudulent activity, brand misrepresentation, or conduct inconsistent with community values.
14. Limitation of Liability
DosRaíces shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the program.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
16. Changes to These Terms
DosRaíces reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
