4. Return Window
Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
5. Size Exchanges
DosRaíces prioritizes size exchanges whenever inventory is available, including adult and youth sizing adjustments.
6. Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges may be approved for size issues, manufacturing defects, printing defects, stitching issues, and fabric flaws.
Photographs may be required.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective:

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers must report incorrect, damaged, or defective items within 7 days of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide photographs and order details.
9. Return Process

Step 2: Receive approval and return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the item according to the provided instructions.
Step 4: Receive an approved exchange, refund, or store credit after inspection.
10. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue resulted from a DosRaíces fulfillment error, defect, or incorrect shipment.
11. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
12. Store Credit
Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund where available.
13. International Returns
International customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, customs fees, import duties, and carrier charges unless the return is due to a DosRaíces error.
14. Amazon MCF Fulfillment
DosRaíces may utilize Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).
All returns remain governed by the DosRaíces Returns & Exchanges Policy and should be initiated through DosRaíces support, not Amazon.
15. Limited Drop Products
Limited edition products and cultural drops may have restricted exchange availability due to inventory limitations.
Refunds, store credit, or alternative resolutions may be offered where replacement inventory is unavailable.
16. Fraud Prevention
DosRaíces reserves the right to refuse excessive returns, investigate suspicious activity, and reject fraudulent claims.
17. Customer Satisfaction

Support is available for fit guidance, youth sizing, unisex sizing, and product recommendations.
