Answers to the most common questions about DosRaíces wholesale access, minimums, approval, ordering and resale requirements.

The proposed opening-order minimum is 24 units, with a minimum of 6 units per approved product style or country. Approved reorders begin at 12 units.

Yes. Approved buyers may combine available products, countries and sizes, subject to the minimum quantity per product style and current inventory.

No. Wholesale pricing is provided only to approved business accounts after account review.

Custom and team opportunities are reviewed separately. Quantities, prices, samples and timelines depend on the project requirements and approved specifications.

Applications are generally reviewed within 2–3 business days after all required information has been received.

Ready-stock wholesale orders are generally prepared within 3–5 business days after payment and inventory confirmation. Transit time depends on the shipping destination and selected service.

Wholesale orders are generally final sale. Damaged, incorrect, missing or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Marketplace resale requires prior written approval from DosRaíces.
